Furkan is an Istanbul Technical University trained Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience across hot spinning and hot forging programs. He has led commissioning-to-production execution at international sites, taking ownership of machine performance, process setup, parameter optimization, troubleshooting, throughput stability and quality improvement.

Batuhan is a Yildiz Technical University graduate with a background in environmental engineering, data analytics and structured project delivery. His experience includes sales performance analytics, data-driven reporting, consulting, digitalization and sustainability initiatives across industrial and enterprise environments.
